Founded in 1722, and one of the oldest co-educational schools in the country, Blue Coat enjoys an expansive 15-acre campus just two miles from Birmingham. Beyond the traditional façade, however, lies a dynamic and caring community.

Every day is full of life at Blue Coat and we create a quarterly school magazine, ‘Out of the Blue’. It showcases what the children have been upto, both inside of school and the co-curricular activities, forging friendships and contributing to the strong sense of community.
